1.) Use the Type Tool to add the text you want
The type tool is used to create text on Photoshop, you will find it on the left-hand side of your tool bar
2.) Add the picture of your choice and ensure it’s above the text layer
Make sure the text layer is at the bottom and the picture is on the layer above. You can view your layers in the layer panel on the right.
3.) Go to the menu tab, select layer and then select create clipping mask option
On the top of your photoshop application, select the layer, and then select the create clipping mask option. Once you click okay, it will be done. It is that simple.
